Does my voice leave my PC?
Not with a model on your PC. Audio goes out only with Plus or Pro, over an encrypted connection to VinPUT's service and its speech provider in the EU, or to Google if you add your own key. VinPUT's service stores neither audio nor text.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in the app or on the account page. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, it is refunded in full.
